Vignetting:

When the edge of an image does not receive the same amount of light as it's center. This can be caused by bad alignment, wrong dimensions of the tube, secondary to small, focusser tube diameter to small etc. For visual obeservations not so important, but strong vignetting is unacceptable in imaging.
